New Theme
If you visit my actual blog (and aren’t just reading off the tumblr dashboard) you will notice I have changed my THEME. I had been wanting something a bit “cleaner” and more organized for a while and also something that better incorporates DISQUS for comments from nontumblr users (HI MOM, you can leave comments now if you want). I think this is it.

Day 24 - 30 day challenge

After Thanksgiving I first started complaining about pain in my leg… see post

Day 22 - 30 Day Challenge
So, I think I missed posting for days 19, 20 and 21. oops.

Yesterday’s food:
breakfast: 2 hardboiled eggs, 3 bacon, applesauce lunch: TJ’s Deli Trky snack: banana dinner: chicken breast, applesauce my stomach is still messed up (hence the lack of food consumed)

Day 9 - 30 Day Challenge
FOOD: pre crossfit class: 1/2 protein shake breakfast: 3 hardboiled eggs, 2 cuties, a few almonds/cashews lunch: turkey, tomato, avocado, onion, grnbell pepper all wrapped up (messy but yummy), handful of almonds/cashews (i made my own mix, no cranberries in it), 1 cutie dinner: 2 hardboiled eggs, dried apples, almond butter almost got 1.5 liters of water today! ugh! tomorrow i will get 2L!
