Got to play and even do a bit of WOD today!
warm up max hand walk = 51m so we have this little platform on wheels, you put your feet on it and then assume a plank like postion and walk with your hands while your feet are wheeled along behind you. I thought this was going to be “all shoulders” like a bear crawl, but oh no, it was a total body experience! Core, Legs, Arms, Shoulders...

sleep is GOOD
feeling a bit of sick coming on Monday afternoon… I slept 12hours monday night and 12 hours tuesday night. I felt a lot better today! Still taking my vitamins and taking it easy! I don’t want to get sick!

Open The Emergency Hatch and Pull The Parachute
Typed up a really negative paragraph about how I had a bad week. But then thought posting these negative thoughts isn’t going to do ANYTHING! So I erased it.
Told myself a few times this week to snap the f*#k out of it, and just haven’t seemed to be able to.

Gimp WOD
So today everyone did a killer awesome I feel like I’m gonna die WOD (“Wittman” = 7 rounds: 15 kettleswings, 15power cleans, 15 box jumps).
However, I am trying to rest my leg/knee/shin (doctors orders = no running, jumping or other “pounding” on the leg. swimming and biking are ok.), So obviously box jumps are out, and power cleans didn’t sound like a good...

is FRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! I thought you had to pay for it because I previously downloaded “MyTumblr - Free” Wasn’t liking the MyTumblr - Free. So now I downloaded the official app, we’ll see how it goes. Anyone else using it?

Ridiculously Sore
from Friday a.m. WOD at Crossfit 310. WOD: Partner “Murph” 800m run (sub 800m row for me) 100 pullups 200 pushups 300 squats 800m run (sub 800m row for me) each partner runs* 800m together at the beginning and end of WOD. Complete a total of 100pullups, 200pushups, 300squats, as a team (only one partner can be working at a time).
My partner was not as strong as me so I think that pushed...
