Not the best today(no pictures either), but that’s ok: precrossfit/breakfast: protein shake and TJ’s just a handful almonds/cashews/cranberries postcrossfit/lunch: 1/2 of a cheeseburger with avocado, grilled onions, lettuce and tomato. half of a grilled pulled pork panini(?) with grilled onions. sweet potato fries **I have to admit, I did eat SOME of the bun and bread on this meal...

Worked on Squat Clean and Jerks today to get ready for the 11.3 Open WOD (our box is doing it on Friday). warmed up with women’s (empty) bar (35#) and then 55#
From there went up to 65# and then 70, 75, 80, 85#. I struggle to really clean the bar up by opening up my hips (and then dropping under it into the squat). I was muscling it up with my arms until prob about 70#

WOD: MICHAEL 3 Rounds for time 800m run 50 back extensions (sub supermans for our box) 50 situps
=18:38 MOD = 300m jog instead of 800m run for me - easing back into running so my leg can get re-conditioned and I can run without pain.

Deep Tissue/Active Release/Orthopedic
I’m going to get a massage for my lower left leg in hopes of helping the mysterious pain i have been having. My friend referred me to the place I am going, and she said “this will not be an ‘oh that feels so good’ massage. It’s going to be painful.” I’m ready! I just want my leg to get better!
