Monday 110718 at Crossfit
WOD: “DT” 5 Rounds 12 Deadlift (155/110lb) 9 Hang Cleans (155/110lb) 6 Push Jerk (155/110lb) 110lbs - YA RIGHT!  My cleans really suck, and don’t think I have attempted to go overhead with that much weight (hmmmm have to check my records for PR on push press/push jerk).  =8:59 at 65# my shoulders are-ah-achin tonight.  Lots of fun working out in the morning again, for the first time...
